Turkmenistan and Tajikistan agree to finish construction of Tajikistan-Afghanistan-Turkmenistan railroad

Turkmenistan and Tajikistan agreed to finish the construction of Tajikistan-Afghanistan-Turkmenistan (TAT) railroad. Completion of the railroad was discussed recently during the meeting of the Tajik-Turkmen intergovernmental commission for trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation held in the Tajik Capital. The MoU on the TAT construction was signed in March 2013 by the presidents of the three countries.
