Afghan Finance Minister promises to bring significant improvements in transparency, fighting corruption and delivery of public services

Afghanistan and Azerbaijan signed an agreement on the establishment of a One-Stop Shop. The agreement was signed between Afghan Finance Minister Eklil Hakimi and Anam Karimov, Head of Azerbaijan’s Public Services Center. 
The One-Stop Shop is a new innovation which enables simple and quick provision of public services to citizens. “This center will bring significant improvements in transparency, fighting corruption and delivery of public services,” said Hakimi. According to Minister Hakimi, the One-Stop Shop will enable citizen to receive their Tazkira (national ID cards), marriage certificate, driving license, car registration, plate number, birth certificate, death certificate, graduation documents and other documents in a short period of time.
